01

OneeMart & Co is the shop name of Tanujbaba Trade Link. We sell original, licensed anime merch for ages 13 and over.

02

An order is confirmed when payment clears on oneemart.co. Until then, an item in your cart is not held for you.

03

Prices on this shop are shown in the currency you pick. Shipping and any tax are added on the payment page.

04

Goods are imported from Japan, Korea, Vietnam, or China. The country of origin is shown on the product page when the maker lists it.

05

You must give a correct shipping address. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, reshipping is paid by you.

06

A pre-order is paid before the piece reaches us. We ship it after it arrives. If the maker cancels the run, we refund you. Write to ask@oneemart.co to stop a pre-order before it ships.

07

We can refuse an order that looks fraudulent. Write to ask@oneemart.co if you think an order was refused by mistake.
