Payment opens on the store, same as any other order.

We wait
The piece ships to us from the maker, then we pack it.

You get it
We email you when it leaves.
If the maker cancels the run, we email you and refund the payment. To stop a pre-order before it ships, write to ask@oneemart.co with the order number.
